SO Cal Regionals Schedule

Qualifier 1

1. Nov 5 - Round 1 begins at 5pm EST and ends at 6pm EST. Round 2 begins at 6pm and ends at 7pm EST. Round 3 begins at 7pm EST and ends at 8pm EST. Round 4 begins at 8pm EST and ends at 9pm EST. Round 5 begins at 9pm EST and ends at 10pm EST.
2. Nov 6 - Semi Finals and Finals start at 7pm EST.

Qualifier 2

3. Nov 12 - Round 1 begins at 5pm EST and ends at 6pm EST. Round 2 begins at 6pm and ends at 7pm EST. Round 3 begins at 7pm EST and ends at 8pm EST. Round 4 begins at 8pm EST and ends at 9pm EST. Round 5 begins at 9pm EST and ends at 10pm EST.
4. Nov 13 - Semi Finals and Finals start at 7pm EST.

Qualifier 3

1. Nov 19 - Round 1 begins at 5pm EST and ends at 6pm EST. Round 2 begins at 6pm and ends at 7pm EST. Round 3 begins at 7pm EST and ends at 8pm EST. Round 4 begins at 8pm EST and ends at 9pm EST Round 5 begins at 9pm EST and ends at 10pm EST.
2. Nov 20 - Semi Finals and Finals start at 7pm EST.

Qualifier 4

1. Nov 26 - Round 1 begins at 5pm EST and ends at 6pm EST. Round 2 begins at 6pm and ends at 7pm EST. Round 3 begins at 7pm EST and ends at 8pm EST. Round 4 begins at 8pm EST and ends at 9pm EST. Round 5 begins at 9pm EST and ends at 10pm EST.
2. Nov 27 - Semi Finals and Finals start at 7pm EST.
3. Dec 4th at 7pm EST - Round Robin Finals

Player Type

1. One Player versus One Player (1v1) on XBOX360.

Tournament Format

1. Single Elimination

Game Settings

1. Versus Mode
2. 99 Second Timer
3. Default Damage
4. Default Handicap

Match Settings

1. 1. Players must win two out of three Games to win the match (2/3)
2. 2. The winner of each game must keep his same character
3. 3. The loser of each game may change his characters
4. 4. The Winner must select the same character and ultra, loser may switch.

Final Match Settings (Grand Finals)

1. 1. Players must win three out of five Games to win the Match (3/5)
2. 2. All other Match Settings remain the same

Round-Robin Settings (Flight Finals)

1. 1. Players must win two out of three Games to win the match (2/3)
2. 2. All other Match Settings remain the same
3. 3. All four players left will play each other once and the player with the best record wins.

Characters

1. No banned characters, all characters are allowed in tournament play

Stages

1. Random Select

Special Rules

1. 1. Programmable controllers and/or turbo functions are banned.
2. 2. Admins have final say in the end.
3. 3. Use of lag switches or any intentional network interference will result in a disqualification.

After your match

1. 1. All winners must return to the tournament page and report your match.
2. 2. Please wait until the current round is complete and the next round builds before starting your next match.

Tournament Requirements

1. 1. Please make sure your Xbox Live gamer tag is in you profile.
2. 2. Please read the schedule and make sure you can attend all rounds of each tournament.
3. 3. Players must live in the North America. Alaska and Hawaii are not included.
4. 4. No one from San Diego to central California is allowed to enter.
5. 5. Prizing will not be substituted for cash or any other value besides and plane trip and hotel accommodations.
6. 6. All players must show gamesmanship and respect to fellow gamers during this event. Any problem that may occur Beyond Gaming admins have the final say.
