Quarter 1

1. Wed Aug 31 Qualifier 1 round 1(128) begins 10am EST and finishes at 10 am est Sept 1
2. Thu Sept 1 Round 2(64) begins 10am est and finishes at 10am est Sept. 2
3. Fri Sept 2 Round 3(32) begins at 10am est and finishes at 9pm est. Round 4(16) will begin at 8pm est and finish at 10 am. Sept 3.
4. Sat Sept 3 round 5(8) begins 10am est and finishes at 6pm est. round 6(4) Begins at 6pm est and finishes at 9pm est. FINAL Round 7(2) begins at 9pm.

1. Mon Sept 5 Qualifier 2 round 1(128) begins at 10 am and finishes at 10am sept. 6
2. Tue Sept 6 Round 2(64) begins at 10am est and finishes at 9pm est. Round 3(32) starts at 8pm and finishes at 10 am est Sept 7.
3. Wed Sept 7 Round4(16) begins at 10 am and finishes at 9pm est. round 5(8) begins at 9pm est and finishes at 10 am est sept 8.
4. Thu Sept 8 Round 6(4) begins at 10 am est and finishes at 9pm est. FINAL Round 7(2) begins at 9pm est.

1. Sat Sept 10 Qualifier 3 Round 1(128) begins at 10 am est and finishes at 5pm est. Round 2(64) begins at 5pm and ends at 8pm . Round 3(32) begins at 8pm and finishes at 11pm est.
2. Sun Sept 11 Round 4(16) begins at 10 am est and ends at 8pm est. Round 5(8) begins at 8pm and ends 10 am Sept 12.
3. Mon Sept 12 round 6(4) begins at 10 am est and finishes at 10am est Sept 13.
4. Tue Sept 13 FINAL round 7 begins 9pm est.

Match Settings

1. 1. Players must win two out of three Games to win the Match (2/3)
2. 2. The winner of each game must keep his same characters but may change the order and assist types
3. 3. The loser of each game may change his characters and assists
4. 4. Players may use the in-game button option to change the order of their team as the game begins

Final Match Settings (Winners Finals, Losers Finals, Finals/Grand Finals)

1. 1. Players must win three out of five Games to win the Match (3/5)
2. 2. All other Match Settings remain the same.

Final Match Settings(Grand Finals)

1. 1. Players must win three out of five Games to win the Match (3/5)
2. 2. All other Match Settings remain the same

Round-Robin Settings(Fight Finals)

1. 1. Players must win two out of three Games to win the match (2/3)
2. 2. All other Match Settings remain the same
3. 3. All four players left will play each other once and the player with the best record wins.

Characters

1. No banned characters, all characters are allowed in tournament play

Tournament Requirements

1. 1. Please make sure your XBOX360 Gamer-Tag is in your Beyond Gaming Profile.
2. 2. Please read the schedule and make sure you can attend all rounds of each tournament.
3. 3. Players must live in the North America. Alaska and Hawaii are not included.
4. 4. Players who are not in the Phoenix, Arizona area eligible to win HOTEL and PLANE fare.
   1. 4a. Players in the Phoenix, Arizona area are still eligible for HOTEL fare upon winning.
5. 5. All players must show gamesmanship and respect to fellow gamers during this event. Any problem that may occur Beyond Gaming admins have the final say.
